Description

川貝海底椰雪梨湯 (可作素湯)

功效:化痰止咳、潤肺、補脾益心、安神助眠

材料:川貝、海底椰、雪梨乾、茯苓、無花果、大南杏、吉餅 (此可作素湯)

另可配:瘦肉及蘋果

烹調方法: 1. 將湯料洗淨,浸15分鐘,沖淨,隔去水份備用

                     2. 將瘦肉洗淨飛水 (如有另配瘦肉),如有蘋果,去皮去芯切件備用

                     3. 10-12碗水於鍋內煮滾後,加入所有材料,開中大火煮15-30鐘後,

                         轉小火煮2小時後加鹽調味,熄火。 即可享用

儲存方法:存放陰涼乾爽處可保存1個月,存放雪櫃更可保存半年

絕大部份湯料沒有硫磺加工,如發現穀牛是正常現象,用水沖洗湯料便可
