Description

日月魚螺片蟲草花湯


功效:滋陰明目提升免疫力

材料:日月魚、螺片、蟲草花、淮山、蓮子、茨實、陳皮、杞子、圓肉

另可配:瘦肉、紅蘿蔔

烹調方法: 1. 將日月魚、螺片浸洗10分鐘後備用

                     2. 將其餘材料浸洗15分鐘 (除杞子及圓肉外),陳皮浸軟去囊後備用

                     3. 將瘦肉飛水 (如另備有瘦肉)

                     4. 將紅蘿蔔去皮切件備用 (如另備有紅蘿蔔)

                     5. 10-12碗水於鍋內煮滾後,加入所有材料(除杞子)

                         以中大火煲15-30分鐘後,轉小火煮2小時。 最後放入杞子及加鹽調味

                         後熄火,焗多15分鐘即可享用

儲存方法:存放陰涼乾爽處可保存1個月,存放雪櫃更可保存半年

絕大部份湯料沒有硫磺加工,如發現穀牛是正常現象,用水沖洗湯料便可
