Description

海星海底椰止咳化痰湯

功效: 平喘止咳，有助改善慢性咽喉炎咳嗽

材料：海星、海底椰、雪梨乾、南北杏、雪耳、無花果，陳皮

另可配：瘦肉、蘋果

烹調方法： 1. 海星浸軟洗淨去內臟，用水煲滾薑蔥後

 再放海星煲約3分鐘，去除腥味之用

         2. 雪耳浸軟洗淨去蒂剪細，陳皮浸軟去囊，瘦肉飛水

                     3. 其餘材料洗淨待用，無花果剪開。 如有加蘋果，去皮去芯切件備用

                     4. 放10-12碗水於鍋內煮滾後，加入所有材料

                         以中大火煲15-30分鐘後，轉小火煮2小時，加鹽調味，熄火。即可享用

儲存方法：存放陰涼乾爽處可保存1個月，存放雪櫃更可保存半年

絕大部份湯料沒有硫磺加工，如發現穀牛是正常現象，用水沖洗湯料便可
