Description

石斛花旗蔘護肝湯


功效:養胃生津滋陰清熱(適合捱夜人士)

材料:花旗參片、石斛、螺片、麥冬、淮山、玉竹、杞子、圓肉、百合、蜜棗

另可配:瘦肉、蘋果

烹調方法: 1. 將石斛、麥冬、玉竹、淮山、百合洗淨,浸15分鐘,沖淨,隔水備用

                     2. 將杞子、圓肉、圓肉、蜜棗、花旗蔘沖洗(不用浸)隔水備用

                     3. 將瘦肉飛水,螺片浸洗10分鐘備用

                     4. 如有加蘋果,去皮去芯切件備用

                     5. 810碗水於鍋內煮滾後,加入所有材料(除花旗蔘、杞子、圓肉),

                         以中大火煲15分鐘,轉小火再煲1小時。 再加入花旗蔘、杞子、圓肉

                         煲多30分鐘,加鹽調味,關火焗多10分鐘即可享用

儲存方法:存放陰涼乾爽處可保存1個月,存放雪櫃更可保存半年

絕大部份湯料沒有硫磺加工,如發現穀牛是正常現象,用水沖洗湯料便可。
